Rémi hails from Belgium. His YouTube channel Remi B Goode (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkCb7StgjBsZaU_-QAC6EeQ) has a breathtaking number of cake walks and ragtime guitar arrangements.

Rémi started the guitar in 2002 and was self-taught. In 2004 he discovered the fingerpicking albums of Marcel Dadi. Marcel’s albums included tablature inserts. Eight years later Rémi was ready to tackle transcribing a few of Scott Joplin’s classic rags. From 2007 until 2012 he attend the Université de Liège and graduated with a Bachelor in Musicology.

Since graduating he has transcribed nearly all of the classic rags of Joplin, Lamb’s and Scott. He discovered the vastness of the ragtime repertoire from the Ragtimedorianhenry YouTube channel and has added arranging cake walks and early blues to his own channel.
