I have one lesson on "Careless Love" played in the key of C. I thought it interesting to try setting the melody this time in a Dropped D tuning. The end result gives a completely different feel. Whereas playing this in the key of C feels tight and closed the Dropped D tuning allows a more open sound. The arrangement basically uses an alternating bass technique.
